I'm definitely going to have to bring this to my group if we decide to play some 4e this fall.
One thing I'm utterly failing to 'get' is... why would you ever want to recharge an at-will power? I'm sure the answer is in there, but it's a lot to assimilate at once.
Edit: Oh, recharge here doesn't mean the normal recharge. I get it now.
That's probably the biggest drawback to this system. It is very complex when compared to the very simple AP system.
Hmm... what about Charge? Should taking an action after the charge be 1 or 2 HP? Perhaps one point to use an unexpended action and two points to immediately receive an extra action?
