Basically, this feat allows a Huge creature (with feet and the Trample ability) to create a shock wave as a full round action. Creatures caught in the shock wave must make a Balance check vs. the stamper's unarmed attack roll. Those who fail the Balance check fall to the ground (I'm assuming that means prone).
My question is this: Does this ability only work against creatures of a size smaller than the stamper? The Trample ability has such a requirement, but the Stamp feat does not mention this. It would seem to make sense since a huge giant probably shouldn't be able to topple a colossal dragon without too much difficulty.
