By the rules, the answer is no - standing up from prone isn't movement. You haven't gone anywhere. Standing up from prone is an action which specifically provokes an attack of opportunity, like casting a spell or drinking a potion, and thus, you can't use tumble to prevent it, because the AoO is not being caused by movement.
However, like everyone else, I think it's perfectly reasonable to extend the usual "tumble prevents AoOs" rule (however you house rule it or don't) to standing up. It just makes sense.
You may want to give it some kind of drawback, however. Normal tumbling makes you move at half speed, which is a drawback to attempting it (rather than just running on through). Without a drawback, everyone would always just attempt a tumble check, even the paladin in heavy armor. Maybe something like, "if you fail by x or more, you fall back prone" (indicating you tried a fancy manuever and fell on your butt).
