Star Trek Bridge Crew

Did the kobayashi maru and first campaign solo. Pretty fun, but could have been better with a real crew. Maybe later I'll find some victims and shanghai them into service!

So I spent most of the weekend playing online. Wow, maybe best VR game yet! Confirmed cross-platform play with psvr, vive, and rift. Fun on the surface, with plenty of pew pew, but you start learning the advanced techniques and you are frantic during battle as you cripple the enemy and make fast kills if your crew is all in sync.

Communication is absolutely vital! I ended up captaining more often than not because the crews got clear communication from me and I laid out strategies prior to engagement with the enemy so each station knew what to do, why, when, and in what order. I'd try to give captains seat to others and they'd be "nope, you're doing great!".

Playing on the classic 60's bridge is an effort in herding cats, but rewarding if the crew can pull it off. It's definitely different and adds it's own layer of challenge.
