If you dual-wield Star Destroyers, you can get Dex to damage with Crossbow Sniper.

Oooo, I wonder what's the Str score of an AT-AT? Awakened, classed AT-AT Warhulking Hurlers...The Death Star could contain millions of them, possibly surpassing the superlaser in damage output!

You could, but its going to be awfully tough to catch someone flatfooted when you're trying to sneak up on them with two Death Stars.
