Star Wars Saga/D&D 5th Hybrid [OOC/Rolls]

1) Does the Fort bonus from armor apply to the Damage Threshold or just the Fortitude Defense?
2) Does the Bounty Hunter class feature have a threshold of +1? The text says Class Level/2 (Round Down) but then lists (+1 to +5).
3) Scout (Awareness) talent Keen Shot: As far as I am aware, light obscurement doesn't impact attack rolls, so I don't know if that part of the talent does anything (unless it is intended to eliminate the penalty to Perception checks). With the new Aim rules, would this allow Cal to stage 3/4 cover to nothing if he takes Aim? Maybe a no-go since it duplicates one of the benefits of the Sniper feat? It all kind of starts running together...
4) I think I got this figured out. Sniper feat extends the range that Point Blank Shot works. Are there any other feats or talents that are based on being made at regular weapon range?

1) Yes it adds to the damage threshold but not vs. Reeling
2) You don't get the feature until 2nd level and the class goes 10 levels for the range (+1 to +5)
3) Hmm well the basic ability allows you to ignore 1/2 cover without taking the aim maneuver and not be at disadvantage with perception checks. Let me think a bit more on that
4) Other feats that affect range or just shooting in general? Far Shot means you are not at disadvantage when shooting at long range.

1) So as I understand it, the bonus helps to determine if you are sent reeling, but doesn't help recovery.
2) Gotcha, I guess that applies to all of the PrCs that have similar features.
3) Let me know, because I won't be able to finalize my build without a determination.
4) It was more a question of a comparison of the Sniper feat and a scope that costs 100CR, since they do the same thing to range. Then I realized that Sniper doubled all the ranges, not just long range, so you could use Point Blank Shot much further out. I wasn't sure if there were any other feats or talents that triggered based off of being within normal weapon range the way Point Blank Shot does. Would the sniper feat and a scope quadruple the long range of a weapon?

Yes bonus to how much damage you can take before reeling, no bonus to recover if you are reeling

So with Keen Shoot I will edit to "If you take the Aim maneuver you also ignore 3/4 cover"

As for the scope and sniper feat, I don't think I would let them stack, but maybe x3

Cool. I don't know if you need to edit it. You could just say it stages 1/2 and 3/4 cover down one step and stacks with the Aim maneuver.

I guess Cal is ready to go, will check over for errors one last time.

Going to roll the "free" Hit Dice right now and see how that goes:

Advantaged: ([roll0] or [roll1]) and ([roll2] or [roll3]) + 4 (CON) + 12 (Medic)

So Cal should be fully healed and have all Hit Dice available.

GreenKarl: Would you be open for a light retcon on Cal? I was thinking about swapping his STR for CHA. One is a 10, the other an 11, so same modifiers, but I could use the STR more, to be honest. It also puts me within one Stat Increase of being able to pick up feats like Double Tap, which I was thinking would be DEX based rather than STR based for some reason.

Also, what's the weight on those Ghillie suits?

Thanks. Did all of the dead folks have medpacs in their utility belts? That could be helpful.

Cal will grab a suit of scout armor, if there are no objections. Probably should take the rest of the gear to fence or something.

Anyone have hacking skills? Might be worthwhile to see if the LT's datapad had anything of value on it.

I'll wait for everyone else to weigh in before we talk about the bad Lieutenant.

Greenkarl. Just in relation to other classes. I'm not CURRENTLY interested, but may be in future (Slicer).

Jihahna's progression into Jedi is meant to be a very slow and bumpy road. My thought is she lost a certain amount of skill when she lost her left arm and leg and was very skilled in both slicing and security once upon a time.

Also, would it be ok if i spend a force point before level-up and have Jihahna 'meditate' over her recent outburst, lowering her dark side score back to 2?

It should typically be the way she has dealt with her emotions before. The technique she has used in the past, always involving polishing her weapons, performing maintenance, but since she was never formally trained to let go of things completely, this explains why she can't bring herself below the 2.

For her, a dark side score of 2 is her version of 0. It represents her past.
