Star Wars Saga/D&D 5th Hybrid [OOC/Rolls]

Updating this gand to level 6:

Elite Trooper prestige class 1

Feat: Far Shot (seems appropriate given the past battle)

Talent: Controlled Burst (Yeah!)

Damage Bonus increases to +3 (1/2 heroic level) as well, right?


I see Martial Arts is no longer a prerequisite for EL. Have you given some thought to the original idea of making it a bit broader/customizable, though GK? Conversation's gone now, but back then I think we mentionned possibly choosing to gain a bonus on a hand-to-hand maneuver (Shove, Grapple, etc) instead of gaining the d4 to damage?

On Recovering from Reeling conditions, this is what I think I would like to do...

· In order to recover from Reeling, you use a free no time action at the end of your round, and attempt a Constitution or Wisdom (whichever is better) ability check + your Class bonus to Fortitude Defense vs. a DC 10 or ½ the Damage you suffered (round down, whichever is greater, but maximum DC of 20). If you succeed with your roll, you are no longer suffering the Reeling condition. If you fail, you still are suffering from the Condition. If you want you can chose to instead use your Action and attempt to recover with Advantage on this attempt. Some feats and talents can affect this roll.
 

I am also updating the following feats, and thinking on a few more...

Durable, Prerequisite: Constitution 13+. You are considered to have Advantage on Hit Die rolls to recover hit points after a short or long rest and when you use your Second Wind. Also, you may re-roll any 1’s on the dice during these rolls.
Lunging Attack: As a bonus Action, when making a melee weapon attack on your turn, increase your reach by 2 meters and gain +1 to your Reflex Defense vs. melee attacks until the start of your next turn. You can also strike past any ally in between you and your target so long as they are no more then 4 meters away from you (note that medium sized creatures take on a 2x2 meter square if using a grid).
 

So just for my own notes, looking over the IC and here to figure out where everyone's Hit Points should be I believe this is what I got...

Cal HP 62/62 (used two hit dice during rest)
This Gand HP 49/66 (used two hit dice during rest)
Jihahna HP 54/65
Kacela HP 43/66
Reks HP 70/70 (used four hit dice during rest)
Targo HP 21/21

Remember long rests do not give you back all your Hit Points anymore. You need to spend hit dice just like during a short rest. After a long rest you recover 1/2 (round down) your level. As you gain your level after this rest you only get back 2 hit dice. Any more will not be available for any short rests you might take later...
If you do spend hit dice during this long rest you get Advantage and +6 to the end result from Cal.
 

Oh shoot, right forgot about that.

Hit dice! [roll0] and [roll1] for adv +6.

And probably again.

[roll2] and [roll3] for adv +6.

22 HP gained brings me to 65...1 point shy of max.

I can live with that.
 



Hmm you were at 8 hit points after the medpac, then Second Wind gave you 14, then the two Hit Dice rolls gave you 27 and then finally Elite Trooper gave you 8 more. Yep 56/66
