Sorry, this week has been really busy for me over the day, when I usually try to post.

So I'm charging the droids here? I have no ranged capability.

Good question, we really haven't come to a consensus on what we should do at this point, but I think we were going to feel out how this round goes and then make a decision. Maybe move forward into cover and take the Dodge option for now?

On a completely unrelated note, GreenKarl, what rules govern surgery use? I don't see anything in your ruleset about it aside from feats and equipment. Are there rules from Saga that you're using? I'm wondering if there would be any benefit to Cal digging into Surgery.

Surgery came from the Saga rules. I have to check them out but it allowed you to heal people fast I believe but they filled up on the Wound Threshold (so you could heal a person all his Hit Points of damage but they were -10 to all their Defenses and Rolls for a couple of hours afterwards). I have to check my rules when I get home. I will probably have to change that to fit with 5th ed.

Cal will use his reaction for Uncanny Dodge to cut the damage suffered from the trooper's attack in half. I think this would eliminate the reeling condition.

GreenKarl So how does stealth work in your games? Is it a free action to spot someone hidden? Active or Passive Perception check vs. Hiding check? Since we're fighting hidden foes, it would help us make tactical decisions for our characters.

Its per 5th ed. rules (as I understand them HAHA). So if the person is out of sight, you can't see the person, etc. you can make the Stealth check. If this is in the middle of combat it is an Action. Your stealth check is vs. your target's Passive Perception. If you beat it you get to attack per Unseen Attackers. If you did not beat their Passive Perception then its just a normal attack (so the snipe moved out of sight to try and re-do stealth. He got a 12 so anyone with a passive perception above a 11 is going to see him when he pops back up).
