So, borrowing a note from British tv, I've decided that the first "season" of SG-11's adventures should be 10 "episodes." We just finished #7 the other day, so we've got 3 more to go. I've got a lot of high-concept ideas and major ickies to throw out, so I'm curious how these sound. Bear in mind we seem to have developed a majorly continuing arc of late...
#8 -- the Space Nazi named Adelmar, currently hanging onto life by a thread, is a prisoner of the Tauri. Also prisoner is the NID agent who infiltrated SG-3. The Tok'ra have been called in to use their memory recall devices to determine what secrets these men are hiding. Meanwhile, SG-11 has to contend with the revelation that not only was Jaffa teammate Bar'acus a zatarc for Anubis, but because of that he now has an Ancient library in his noggin and a very pissed-off symbiote in his belly. While the Pentagon wants him questioned for any knowledge he may now have pertaining to the lost city, his teammates must attempt to contact the Asgard to remove the library from his head before it kills him. Making matters even worse, soon after the Asgard do indeed arrive, it seems as if the base computers have been hacked into. It soon becomes apparent that one of the recent visitors has accidentally brought Replicators onto the base with them undetected (since the pesky bugs assimilated an invisibility device the prior members of SG-11 were carrying when they were killed by the little buggers a few missions back). So there's all kinda trouble at the SGC that needs resolved...
#9 -- An object is sighted entering Earth's atmosphere, crashing in the waters near China. It is a Goa'uld transport ship, containing one of SG-11's personal enemies. Both the ship and the Goa'uld end up in a secret facility in Hong Kong, with the Chinese government trying to learn exactly what they have and who else knew about it. SG-11 must acquire the Goa'uld and his ship before the Chinese learn of the SG program, plus they must evade the NID (who want the alien for their own purposes) and the Triads (who see an opportunity for major profits). There's a very real chance that the Stargate program could be forever changed by the outcome of these events...
#10 -- I dunno yet. Probably some kinda huge showdown with their arch-enemy Loki, the System Lord in the Asgard body. More details to come later...
Whatcha think?
