Starting Gold Sorcerer

I got a small question what is the starting gold of a sorcerer?

And as an other point, why do have some classes other starting gold then others? And if you start playing at level 2 or more it is all the same. Looks like me like a huge bug or overseight.

Well, the different classes have different expenses at character creation - a fighter needs to invest in a good armor and weapons, while (for example) a druid has few things he needs to buy.

OTOH, it is generally assumed that the party will split all loot equally - thus, all classes get the same money at higher levels...

But in the same cases it could be argued that a rogue gets a good jump start becouse it did a few thefts early on in life, and the same druid knows where to find the expensive minerals or woods and could have made some easy quick cash before the game starts.

While the fighter does want armour but never got the chence to proof himself so he can be happy with a sword he got from his teacher. He can buy an armor later on in life...

My argument is that all classes should get an equal start becouse they all can have the same reasons to be rish or poor early in the game.
