Stat Block Question

Just a quick question:

On the stat block for an ettin on the SRD, it says that the BAB for a melee attack is +12/+7. I understand that, but the stat block for an ettin generated on etools comes up as such:

---------
Ettin CR 5;Large Giant ; HD 10d8+20 (Giant); hp 65; Init -1; Spd 40; AC 11; Atk +12 base melee, +5 base ranged; +2/-2 (1d10+6, Greatclub; 1d10+3, Greatclub); +2/-2 (1d8+6, Longspear; 1d8+3, Longspear); SA: Superior two-weapon fighting (Ex); SQ: Darkvision (Ex); AL CE; SV Fort +5, Ref +2, Will +3; STR 23, DEX 8, CON 15, INT 6, WIS 10, CHA 11.
Possessions:
Weapons: Greatclub; Greatclub; Longspear; Longspear.
Skills: Listen+10, Search+0, Spot+10.
Feats: Alertness.
----------

Why does this stat block display the melee attack as +2/-2, as well as displaying different damage amounts for each attack?

Thanks!

My guess is that eTools is for some reason mistakenly using the normal twf rules for the ettin: assessing the penalties for two weapon fighting using non-light weapons, and giving only half of the strength bonus for the "off-hand".
