Anyone want to take a stab at it? :)
Not particularly, but offhand I would put her as a mid - to high-level character, either straight Dex Fighter, or Fighter/Rogue with a bias toward Fighter. Combat Reflexes would be a definite, and I think
her time training
is adequate for Weapon Focus and/or Weapon Specialization. Improved Sunder (or whatever it's called in 3.5) would be on my list as well. The blade is obviously a masterwork katana, and I would be really tempted to just treat it as a +1 blade.

hmmm...

call her an epic level swashbuckler with high dex and weapon finesse. add in 5-8 levels of monk for the martial arts moves in the beginning.

Standard d20 could not do that :):):):):) justice; either Mutants and Masterminds, or a system like Feng Shui.

But if I were so inclined, I would DEFINITELY say, Dodge, mobility, spring attack, point blank shot, precise shot, Improved initiative, the modified toughness feat (the one that gives 1 extra HP per level), and expertise.

I would give her sword the magical abilities of Sundering and Keen.

True enough. Though Go Go Yubari would be at least the same level.

I would definitely add cleave to help her mow through those hordes of subordinates.

Hello,

Here's my version:

"The Bride"

Attributes: ST 12 [20], DX 18 [125], IQ 12 [20], HT 14 [45].

Advantages: Appearance (Beautiful) [15], Combat Reflexes [15],
Enhanced Dodge [15], Enhanced Parry (all weapons) [10], Hard
to Kill 2 [10], Literacy [0], Rapid Healing [5], Reputation
(+3 among elite criminals) [5], Ridiculous Luck [15], Trained
by a Master [40], Very Fit [15], Weapon Master (Katana) [20],
Zeroed [10].

Disadvantages: Bloodlust [-10], Code of Honor (Criminal's) [-5],
Enemy (Bill and the Deadly Vipers, Rarely) [-15], Obsession
(revenge on Bill and the Deadly Vipers) [-5], Secret (professional
assassin, possible death) [-30].

Quirks: Disinclined to forgiveness but will offer mercy to
opponents who have not harmed her personally [-1], Often
strikes at limbs to disable lesser opponents [-1], Prefers
not to kill her targets in front of their children [-1].

Skills: Acrobatics (P/H) DX [4]-18, Blind Fighting (M/VH) IQ+2
[16]-14, Breaking Blow (M/H) IQ+2 [6]-14, Driving/TL7 (Cars)
(P/A) DX [2]-18, Fast-Draw (Knife) (P/E) DX [1]-18, First
Aid/TL7 (M/E) IQ [1]-12, Interrogation (M/A) IQ+2 [6],
Intimidation (M/A) IQ+4 [12]-16, Judo (P/H) DX+2 [16]-20,
Jumping (P/E) DX+2 [4]-20, Karate (P/H) DX+2 [16]-20, Katana
(P/A) DX+3 [16]-21, Knife (P/E) DX+2 [4]-20, Knife Throwing
(P/E) DX+2 [4]-20, Language (English, native) (M/A) IQ [0]-12,
Language (Japanese) (M/A) IQ [2]-12, Motorcycle/TL7 (P/E) DX
[1]-18, Savoir-Faire (Dojo) (M/E) IQ+2 [4]-14, Shadowing
(M/A) IQ+2 [6]-14, Streetwise (M/A) IQ+2 [6]-14. [444 total]

Note that this only covers abilities displayed in the movie, though she probably has more. For instance,
as a professional assassin, I would strongly suspect she has some skill with Guns.

Yes, they're GURPS stats. Previous posters seem to have her nailed down pretty well for D&D/d20, and
she really should be statted out for a game with a combat system that allows targeting of limbs...
;)

How would you stat the last weapon that Go Go used?

For D&D/d20,
I'd probably just use Spiked Chain stats with damage type changed to Bludgeoning and Slashing.

Hope this helps!

Goodness. And as soon as I left the theater Friday night, one of my friends said, "I wonder how long it'll take somebody to type up D&D stats for her."
