What Kae Yoss said. Sorry we can't help you more, but there are legal issues to consider here.

While the mechanics to a game can't be copyrighted, the actual text is.

If you really need just the one class, surely you know someone with the book. ^_^ (Sadly, most libraries no longer carry D&D books. Someone always steals them.)

Libraries should install barcode readers at the entrance. Every library in singapore has them.
By "steal" I really mean, check out but never return. So the barcode readers don't help there. (Although I think the local library has started using collection agencies if you're really overdue. So maybe that works. ^_^)

As a side note, of all classes you might want to include in your game as a PC, I think FB is about the last one. If it's just for an NPC, make it a barbarian, and say "This guy's really nuts. When he rages, he gets an extra +4 on his Str and +2 on Con but has to make a Will save to avoid attacking the nearest target, friend or foe." That should capture the flavor without really needing the rules.

Check out but never return is easy. The library has all their personal details, like the address. Call the police, send them over to the house, end of story.

Ah, people don't really tend to consider it that serious of an offense in the USA. I know Singapore is a bit more rigorous about flagrant violations of the law.
