Stats of a sheep?

Anybody know where the stats of a sheep can be found? [Or what they are, in case I don't have the appropriate book?] I wanna make my players fear the sheep, but it's difficult to build on it without knowing the stats. Thanks in advance.

A colossal version of the sheep, whose wool has mated and tangle to such an extent that it provides protection equal to that of banded mail, its fierce eyes glow a manic red, and the occasional froth at the mouth.

More the usual the leader of the pack, this sheep attacks fiercely all who stand in its herd’s way, often savaging bodies that it’s fellow sheep cannot digest.

As someone who owned and raised sheep for 15 years, an Intelligence of 2 for sheep is too high. That's like Einstein the sheep.
