Stats on Major Greyhawk Characters?

Where can I find 3e stats on people like Robilar, the Circle of Eight, etc? I read they printed the stats of some of them in an issue of Dragon, and maybe the LGJ?

The Circle of Eight's stats were all published in Living Greyhawk Journal #0. I'm not sure if it's still commercially available or not.

Characters like Rary and Robilar have never had their stats listed in 3e, just references to their level/class combos. (Robilar, for example is a L20 NE Fighter, I believe).

I hope Robilar's not NE, since he's been LE since time immemorial--well, after his conversion from True Neutral

Dragon #274 came with LGJ #0 which had the stats for the Circle of Eight.
