Stats that don't have + Stat mod

I was wondering do powers that don't include + Stat mod to the basic damage of the attack include damage from feats, magic enhancements, and other sources?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, as long as they actually roll dice. You always add feats, enhancements, etc to damage rolls. You only add stat to the damage if told to, though, and you never add anything to flat damage amounts (such as Furious Smash or the secondary attack on Cleave).

How about things like Hellish Rebuke or Dire Radiance (for which you already added all of that stuff once already)? Fiery Bolt which deals 1d6+stat automatic damage to all creatures adjacent to the target with no attack roll?

So then attacks like Twin Strike would get a damage bonus from, say, Weapon Focus and Ehancement bonuses? Ok, that makes sense.
Yes. Everything but Strength/Dexterity. It's one of the things that makes Twin Strike so good.

Just to add the rules source for what everyone has already answered for you ...

PHB p55 very bottom "Accessories" and top of p56. It talks about rules that applies to bother the Weapon and Implement Keywords before actually talking about those keywords specifically. Any power that has the Weapon keyword gets any enhancement from that used weapon and any bonuses from feats or features that you have that pertain to said weapon.

now I am VERY VERY confused. Other threads seem to say the exact opposite. Its not clear to me one way other the other what you add if anything to a [W] attacks that do not list ability modifiers.

I admit I had not seen the end of page 55. Maybe this is the key? what about versatile weapons? do you add the +1 as its damage thats keyed to the weapon.

This thread makes me think that you add everything BUT the ability modifier.

Yes. That seems obvious to me. And sneak attack isn't maximized on a crit, because it's additional dice which are rolled normally.

Actually, yes it is. The only thing that isn't maximized on a crit, is any extra damage that you got because you crit.

So, if you get a fire bolt a target with your +3 magic rod, and roll a 20 for a critical hit... how much damage do creatures adjacent to him take?
