Stinking badges!

I was a bit worried. It seems they came later this year than in the past, but I finally got mine a week ago. The GenCon site says:

"If you do not receive your package by Aug 1st, please contact the Customer Service manager, via email at customerservice@gencon.com or call 800-529-3976 ext. 106."

Hope you can get it all straightened out.
 

I haven't got mine either, the Gencon stie has this info:

Ship-to-Me Badge Fulfillment Complete!


It’s official! The last of the ship-to-me badges and event tickets have been processed and put in the mail. Badges have been going out all week and you should expect to receive yours within 5-7 business days.


If you selected to have your badge and event tickets shipped to you and you do NOT receive your materials by Wednesday, August 8th, please email customerservice@gencon.com with “Haven’t received my badge for Indy yet!” in the subject line.


If you there is a problem with your shipment and you are missing or received incorrect materials, please email customerservice@gencon.com with “Missing/incorrect materials for Indy received!” in the subject line.


If you selected to pick your items up at Will Call, your badge(s) and event tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call booth at the convention in the main Registration Area.


Will Call Hours are as follows…

Wednesday: 9am – 9pm

Thursday: 7am – 9pm

Friday: 7am – 9pm

Saturday: 7am – 9pm

Sunday: 7am – 2pm


So it looks as though if they're not in my mailbox when I get home today, I'll be e-mailing them tomorrow.
 

Did you check to make sure you did select 'send them to me' as opposed to Will Call? A few years ago Will Call was my default (sadly) and I had to wait in line.
