Storamere. The Undead Dragon in Monte Cook's "Beyond the Vale"

I noticed that the Ghost Black Dragon, Storamere, in Monte Cook's adventure, "Beyond the Vale", has his Constitution bonus to hitpoints while he is on the Ethereal Plane yet is still classified as Undead. Was this a mistake by Monte (as Undead aren't supposed to have any Constitution score) or do ghosts on the Ethereal Plane get their Constitution score (and thus bonus hitpoints) reinstated?

It's a mistake. Undead by definition are not living creatures, and should always have no Constitution score.
