D&D 5E Storm King's Thunder

Aremus will motion to one of the others to check the unknown path while he sneaks over to take a peek down the way to the ogres.

I was going to brag "pretty scout-y for a Paladin!" But then the roller gives me a 1. S'what you get for bragging.

Fistan, Wizard 3

Finnan strokes the air beside him until Rillix appears. Take a look down that corridor Rillix he signals to the cat. Rillix saunters off down the corridor a little way, looking at what is there.

"I don't fancy being surprised by those ogres coming up behind us. It may be worth me placing an alarm in that corridor." Fistan says.

At least he can see well :P

OOC: Let me know when I can act again. Since I don't know either the layout or that the help is coming, but cannot stay too long for the risk of waking the ogress...hmmm...is killing ogre in cold blood considered evil? Esp. by a dwarf? I'm guessing even with surprise and earth covering her, I cannot kill her fast enough to be silent...hm...

OOC: As things stand, I think Tranio is below the map, in the centre, with a view of at least some of the goblins. Is that right? He can try to lure the ogre out, or he is ready to come in and snipe as needed.

"A little bit o' light'll make it easier. For some of us, at least." Carolina draws her bow and readies an arrow, pointing it off into whatever lies in the darkness.

OOC: Correct, Tranio would be bottom center at the cave entrance. There is a goblin archer on each 1A. There is an ogre at both 1B & 1C.

Aremus: At the end of a tunnel you see a dwarf hiding among a pile of bones. A bit too eager to help, your right foot connect with a loose rock and it goes flying down the corridor. Noises echoes about as the rock richochets off seemingly every wall and ditch in the tunnel.

Ordrar: You determine there are five archers in total, but the ones in the back of the cave are less of a concern. Just then, noise erupts from a nearby tunnel and the goblin snap to alert. Nervously, one barks down to the mud covered ogre. The big brute reluctantly leaves his bath and begins to lumber towards the tunnel to investigate the sound.

OOC: So much for that. Before the ogre can see me, I will try to wave to the dwarf, just so he knows that help has arrived. We may have to take this ogre out asap, but it would be good to not be in archer range.
[roll0] If I've got the time pre-fight, I will try to find a spot out-of-sight that I can pop out from and maybe surprise the ogre. [roll1]. Lastly, again if there's time, I will wave to everyone behind me with hand signals and let them know something big (hopefully they get "ogre" out of that) is coming. Where exactly are we? Are we at "2"?
