Ooc: ordrar would not think to ask before railing against them. if tranio catches where this is going he might have time to cast. But casting in front of hostiles is provocation. Just aid him with skill.

Fistan, Wizard 4

Fistan makes slow progress with Bethany and Aremus to where the giant is. His week strength not helping the fact that his attention is elsewhere. "HA! ISH! SHOO!", Fistan sees through Rillix Ordrar try and scare the birds off. He hadn't caught he whole exchange but this didn't bode well.

"Trouble outside I think, Ordrar seems to have gotten angry with our new arrivals. He may need some help.

EDIT: he also casts mage armour.

"Blast it!" Bethany hears the trouble brewing outside and heads to the rope and climbs down.

Aremus sighs, "I am not surprised my friend the dwarf has gotten angry with them. I am only surprised it has taken so long."

He makes one last attempt to wake the giant wizard, and then looks around the room for a balcony or window he can get to that overlooks the landing spot.

Dren glowered at the vulture rider. “Yer birds cuild try an’ eat us,” he said. “I guarantee ‘twill be the worst indigestion ‘e ver ‘ad.” Dren slipped the axe from his belt, just in case, as Ordrar tries to shoo off the birds.

Aremus: Zephyros' chambers have four windows, but they are stain glass and require breaking to exit from.

Outside: The head rider appears rattled by Dren and Ordrar. Despite having superior numbers, the heroes do not back down.

"This is pointless. Any cloud giant who'd hide behind two dwarfs isn't even worthy of serving Stratovan," the caped man states while motioning to the rest of his party. The riders begin to turn and fly off in the direction they came.

"You can keep the bag. There are far greater treasures Stratovan owns or soon will anyway," the rider threatens before taking off into the distance.

"Bah!" Ordrar stomps back from the edge, but picks up the bag. It looks magical and he will be damned if it got to eat his string without him knowing it is cursed or not.

OOC: short rest to identify items (I know it says only get the properties...but that's why there's arcana skill ) - sadly, no identify spell on me
