Just finished watching Stephen Kings new Movie Storm of the Century basically about a Feindish Man who comes to an small Island during a huge snow storm and starts doing evil things.

Has anyone used a similar scenario in a game?

What is Linoge? I thought first - Demon, but is he? Powerful Wizard perhaps?

What is Linoge's Cane with the animate wolfshead?

What was the Croaton reference about?

Anyone used a Megastorm as a villain?

It's an anagram:

Linoge = Legion; I guess it was some demon in the Bible that was cast out by Christ into a herd of pigs.

New?...Not hardly. The mini-series first aired 2-3 years ago.

I had a major sand storm entrap my characters in a haunted ruin that also involved a sort of time lapse mass illusion.

Great Movie, i agree. And i would say Fiendish Tiefling (his eyes) Sorcerer (Specializing in illusions).

And Croatan was a reference to a Jamestown colony that mysteriously all dissappeared. They left no trace of where they went, their stuff was still laying out as if they just vanished from what they were doing.

To this day, no one knows what really happened. King likes to do that ya know =)
