The Stormwarden Paragon Path 11th level power 'Blade Storm' lets you apply your dex mod in damage to an an adjacent foe at the end of your turn.

The 16th level power 'Twin-Blade Storm' lets you apply your dex mod in Thunder damage to two adjacent foes at the end of your turn.

Is there any reason you couldn't stack the blade storm damage and the twin-blade storm thunder damage onto the same adjacent foe?

I was starting to wonder if the two should stack myself, there is nothing that says they don't, so I'd imagine that by raw they do stack, allowing you to hit 1 adjacent target for dex, then 2 for dex allowing you to hit the same one twice with the two abilities
