The previews have said that it's there... it'd be in chapter 1, probably just before the terrain types (including submarine terrain, IIRC).

Yes, there is a storm casting feat, +1 caster level when affected by storms.

Glad that's there. It's a reprint from "Frostburn," but it would have been strange to have this book and not have the feat or something like it.

Blackskate - large undead manta ray
Caller from the Deeps - huge water elemental
Crab, Monstrous - small through colossal
Dinosaurs - Archelon, Icthyosaur, Mosasaur, Plesiosaur
Dire animals - dire barracuda, dire eel
Golem, coral - huge construct
Hammerclaw - large magical beast resembling a horse-sized lobster
Hippocampus - large magical beast part horse part fish
Leech, Giant - small vermin
Nereid - medium fey
Ramfish - large magical beast. Think of a fish with bull's horns
Scyllan - huge outsider, lots of tentacles
Seawolf - medium magical beast (shapechanger) part wolf part fish able to take human form

Can they be? By definition, aren't aquatic "dinosaurs" not dinosaurs?

OTOH, makes them much easier to find for a Lost World scenario!
