Strangest media influence?

"In 2375, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a Starfleet tribunal for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security penal colony to the Bajoran sector underground. Today, still wanted by the Federation, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The A-Team."
Now THAT is awesome. :)

One of my early characters was a half-elf with silver cat-like eyes who took the beast-rider kit from the 2e Complete Fighter's HB. He rode a white tiger.

He was basically my rendition of a Thundercat riding Battle Cat from He-Man. If I had only known of the Rakasta from Mystara, I would have probably gone with that.

The cheesy part was that I gave him hair like Rogue's (from the X-Men around the early 90s), save that it had black instead of brown.

I might have done the hair differently, but I still think it's a cool concept.

The best one I have is not mine but one of my friends from a game long ago. One of the first 2 editions of vampire. He decided he was playing a malkavian who had a particular personality delusion. He was convinced he was "the Count" from Seseme Street and had enough levels of Obsfucate to make himself LOOK like the count to everyone else. He headed off a werewolf attack by himself by yelling: "One! One furry puppy!!!! AHAHAHAHA!" The garu was so stunned we had time to run;)
