What are the benefit and drawback in Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis and Cha? For example, If I have a human commoner with the following stats: Str 20, Dex 24, Con 10, Int 18, Wis 10, Cha 10 what will the result come to?

What are the benefits and drawback of a human commoner with the Strength of 20, Dexterity 24, Constitution 10, Intelligence 18, Wisdom 10 and Charisma 10. What will the result come to?

The benefits are that he's much stronger, quicker, and smarter than the average human commoner.

I'd offer a more specific answer if you would ask a more specific question.

Strength determines carrying and lifting capacity and bonuses to hit and damage in melee.
Dexterity provides a bonus to your armor class, a bonus to hit with ranged attacks, and your reflex save.
Constitution gives a bonus to hit points and fortitude save.
Intelligence determines the number of languages known, arcane spell casting (wizards), and bonus skill points.
Wisdom helps divine spell casting and will save
Charisma helps some arcane spell casting (bards and sorcerers).

All Abilities give bonuses or minuses to certain skills. Spot is Wisdom; Search is Intelligence, etc.

A base ability of 10 give a +0 bonus, every 2 points above 10 gives a +1. Every 2 points below 10 gives -1. Though a 9 in ability give a -1.

with stats that inhuman (for low level without magic) I'd say it would be unlikely that they would be a commoner and not some sort of actual class.

Any class based on str, dex, and/or int would likely be recruiting him early on (stats like that would have to show up early I would think).

He is a superman among lesser men in many areas (or superwoman among women).
