Those are excellent stats for a rogue. Excellent AC and to-hit from Dex, very good damage from Str, loads of skill points from Int. All in all, those stats should make a killer rogue.

If you want more specific info on how the stats might affect your character, you might try asking us a more specific question...

A human commoner is not a rogue. If you just want a comment on the stats, then suffice it to say they are phenomenal. They are way above, and by way I mean like 93 million miles, anything possible for a 1st level character. It's at least a 78 point buy for a human, but quite honestly I don't recall (or know) how you do point buy above 18, so it could be more.

naw, I save the 78s for aristocrats. I use 75 for the commoners.

I don't know about 78 point buy but all my commoners have a level of rogue...makes walking down a crowded street really interesting
