Could someone please tell me where I can look up the Stygian magical property?

This magical weapon property is mentioned in the Frostburn HC, but there is no entry.

What do these weapons do?

Mechanically, they do cold damage and wisdom damage to both the wielder and those the weapon strikes. They are also pretty fragile, and can get damaged themselves every time they hit something.

The flavor text is pretty cool.

I have to say that Frostburn is one of the best 3.5 books, imho.
