Subdual Damage and Combat Feats

If a character were to have the Vow of Nonviolence feat it is my understanding that this same character is still able to deal subdual damage to enemies. If this is indeed the case what combat feats would you still be able to use. Could you use Power Attack to deal more subdual damage? If you had weapon specialization would you get the bonus to damage?
