Shouldn't I get the damned thing before those that don't subscribe?

And here I always thought that was one of the perks of subscribing. Kinda like getting the annual with Dragon. Eh, probably better not to open up that again. Forget I said that.

Seeing this thread calms me, as so far I and a friend of mine were, as far as we knew, the only ones not to get ours yet. Glad we aren't the only ones.

Usually an issue appears to subscribers about five weeks before the month printed on it's spine. Quite often now, my FLGS will have it just as soon or sooner than that.

I'm with you guys in the "haven't-got-mine-yet-and-slightly-miffed-about-it" category. I e-mailed Paizo earlier today and got the same response saying that it should be here by Friday. If not...the streets will run with blood. Or syrup, if blood's too expensive to come by. :D

All this discussion about late or missing issues makes me glad I let my subscriptions to Dungeon/ Dragon run out. I started having my local comic shop place new issues of the gaming magazines in my hold slot. :\

Oh, I'd rather get it late than to pay cover price... :D I'm patient. It's not like I can actually USE the material right away... It takes time to absorb.

Yeah Arawyn, I'm experiencing the same problem out in Japan. I'm getting the issues far behind (two months or so) when the game stores in Japan have them. Considering the high premium over domestic that should almost entirely be going to shipping costs, I'm definitely not happy.

And more than that they haven't answered two or three mails about a missing issue I never received.

Strangely enough there are no problems igetting me multitudes of "Please resubscribe!" mailings. :\

I won't be renewing my subscriptions to Dragon and Dungeon both for this reason. In short, potential Asia and Oceania subscribers beware!

I live in Belgium and I've got the same problem. So it's not just Japan and Australia.

Last week I received Dragon 317. According to the website it was mailed out early februari. So it took almost three months to get to me. Now I'm anxiously waiting for Dungeon 109 (I run the Adventure Path).

Strangely enough the shops do indeed seem to get them about two months before I do. So I too have been wondering what use I'm getting out of a subscription.

i'll add my "me too" post.

the last 4 months they have been off. last month it was 28 days late.

i've been a subscriber for eons. ;)

i have every issue of Dungeon from numero uno on up.

I haven't received mine either... probably cause I let my subscription lapse a while ago. I got so fed up with the lousy value and low adventure quality. I didn't pay for Poly and I don't want it. I think my last issue had the one where people play characters online... which was one of the best minigames. But in general the minigames sucked. I don't care for d20 modern and have no interest in games with guns, which almost all minigames were. Yuck. I'd still be subscribing to Dungeon if stayed doing what they said they would. But raising the price while slashing the content? Heh. The adventures are mostly hack n slash these days anyway.

It might be good Paizo bought them though.. if it was WotC, theyd probably release all "expanded" and "revised" adventures from earlier magazines.
