Success %'s

I'm not much of a math's freak (was in my day but that's years ago). So before I spend time working out the %'s of success for each skill level I wonder if people out there would be able to help me out with them, thanks in advance!

Quite easy.

DC - Skill = Minimum d20 Roll you need to succeed.

I.e.: (21-DC+Skill)*5 is the percentage.
