Anyways... I'll bite. An Illithid courtesan might crave a taste of exceptional minds - serial killers, inventors, philosophers. Or maybe sampling both heads of an ettin at once.

I'm not sure what an Illithid would have to offer to any but the most deviant of tastes.

Depending on the cosmology and ethos of the setting, she may be able to get the soul simply by rendering services, so the 'price' would have to be on top of that.

If the ruin of souls is what she's interested in, referrals may be the most valuable currency.

Her clients are select rich men and women from Sigil.

She lives in the Lady's Ward and is famous for her services.

Her clients are always satisfied.

Any ideas?

Without knowing your setting economics, I'd give the price in relative terms.

First off a true courtesan, whose services include art, conversation and much more beyond the physical, isn't cheap to start with, something only the rich can afford with any regularity. A succubus courtesan might be one of the more exotic. How exotic would determine the cost multiplier. In Sigil, they may not be very uncommon so maybe they run 1.5x to 5x. In other settings, they could be the only one in all the land and run 10x, 20x or more.

I'd put a courtesan around 5 to 20 times the price of a prostitute at a "respectable" establishment, partly because the engagement might be longer.

You could try to price it with respect to the cost on earth of a hotel room, and various levels of female accompaniment all the way to a very exclusive call girl but, alas, I don't have those numbers handy.

Since your players aren't likely to thoroughly sample the demi-monde economics, though, just pick a big number that is noticable to a well off PC. That ought to be good enough
