Summary of changes in 3.5

I just got the Core Gift Set today (Happy Father's Day to me!) so I am wondering, besides the racial changes and class changes in the PHB, what other changes are there to the system/rules and so on and so forth? All I am really looking for here is a list of changes perhaps with page references, so I can study it out for myself without reading the books from cover to cover like I did 3.0 when it came out. Thanks!

Thanks, this has gotten me off to a great start. Does anyone know of a similiar list for the DMG and MM?
