Yeah, right! I've got lots of bad guys in my game who are lousy at working as a team, and lots of bad guys who are brilliant at it. Being a bad guy doesn't stop you from being loyal, helpful, dependable, and generous to your friends. And if you're going to be a really successful bad guy, you'd better be, because otherwise you don't get reliable allies and minions.
