I'd really like to get a response on this. I sent my payment last Thurs and my account has not been updated yet. Morrus, I sent you an email to your Gmail account that has also gone unanswered.

Well, that freeserve-address was also included in my PayPal receipt... (and I've bought 2x CS on 26th, i.e. Friday) - should I forward the e-mail receipt to another e-mail address of yours?

OK, folks, don't worry about the freeserve thing. It makes no difference at all; just means it advises you of an expired "customer service" address in the receipt which I'd forgotten was there.

Using the link above works just fine. I've changed the customer service email address to avoid confusion, but it didn't affect anything.
 

I guess Ill have to report in with the same adress (russ@en-world.freeserve.co.uk) in my receipt for some Community Supporter purchases.

Hope the money get where they are supposed to go...

I suppose you'll know when you log in and see that you have those supporter-exclusive options available to you, like Search.

At least, that's my guess. It's been more than a couple of days since I bought my account, but I haven't seen such changes upon login.

So my question is, how does Morrus know which payment goes with which ENWorld account?
