This is the general RPG discussion forum, you probably want the one for 3rd edition, which includes 3.5

You may also want to ask about Mutants and Masterminds, as that is a d20 based Superheroes game.

I have done a few versions for my Strikeforce: Morituri Storyhour and for my Adventurers Con games.

These are 3.0 and 3.5 Not sure which one is which

I use Fighter / Barbarian and War Hulk classes / Prestige classes with Gauntlets to magically power up.

Here is version one.

Feral Template:
Adds Fast heal.
Mineral Warrior Template adds DR 10/adamantine.

You'll have terrible Mental stats if you combine them though.

Swap Feral for 1/2 troll template if you want Regeneration ability, but I perfer Fast heal.
 

Check out Four Colour to Fantasy by ENPublishing - it's a superhero system that directly ties into the game balance of the core 3.x rules. It works very well and is effectively a clean point-buy superpower system that replaces the standard D&D classes. Perfect for this kind of thing.
 

Having run (very successful) one-shot 4CTF games set in Mythic China, I can attest to the ruleset's flexibility and usability with core 3.5 material.
