No, love me the umber hulks from AD&D! Awesome baddies, especially back then IMO. When an umber hulk tore through a wall or burst out of the ground, PCs sometimes wet themselves.

P.S. I almost voted for Tarrasque, but then saw @CleverNickName upvoted it...
