Hard disagree. Your three words there can be used to describe half the monsters in the Monster Manual. But add "fire-breathing" to that list and everyone automatically knows you are referring to a dragon.

personally I hate DnDs colour coded Dragons and their stupid breath weapons (really a cone of repulsion energy?) and imc ALL Dragons breath Fire and spit ‘Acid’, everything else is magic spells
