Labrynths and Liches, however, does have a certain ring to it...And I have never had a campaign with a lich! In fact the only undead I have ever used where some wraiths and zombies. And last I checked it is not called Dungeons and Liches.
Of the ones remaining on the list I've never DMed a Mummy Lord or a Death Tyrant...or an Elder Brain...yet...

So right now what's left is:
Dragons - 1 (evil dragons as a group)
Outsiders - 3 (aboleth, beholder, elder brain)
Undead - 4 (death tyrant, dracolich, lich, mummy lord)
Other - 1 (kraken)
Were it up to me I'd call the Kraken an outsider as well, coming from the same well of Lovecraftian insanity as the aboleth, beholder, and just about anything with tentacles.
