You could have but didn't, why would you expect the next guy to? ;) j/k
I mean I could gone the other way but I only have... hang on let me check my notes... 3 diamonds, 2 opals, 4 fire opals and... is that a one or a seven? 1 Ruby? Left? And I didn't want to give up my... was that the flaming sword thing? Hang on, gotta check my spreadsheet again... no... fire resistance? That's it? Really?

In any case, this won't mean anything to you anyway. I mean, unless you can understand Abyssal. :p

Helm of Brilliance 2-2=0 I made the right choice. (I also spent half the competition trying to kill this.)
Helm of Comprehending Languages 2+1=3 At least it's not fiendishly complicated.

Really? One of the "you can cast spell x at will / y times per day" items won? Sheesh. I don't need any help to translate that result - it's boring.

Я не шокирован результатом.
Funny you should invoke Russian, as it has the ideal adjective to describe this circumstance: скучный.

It is every depressing adjective that you could want, all rolled into one.

Although if you felt more strongly, you could I suppose to resort to очень скучный.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

If I felt more strongly, I’d resort to vodka. Sorry, my little water.
