Natasha the Dark, adopted daughter of Baba Yaga, otherwise known as Iggwilv, is considered one of the greatest villains in D&D history.

She's awesome.

The association with laughter comes from a little girl who wrote Gary Gygax letters in crayon, asking for a laughter spell.
