Except all those Looney Tunes references are way more accurate to Nazul's Marvelous Pigments than the Portable Hole, which is little more than a glorified, if visually slightly more interesting, Bag of Holding.

I mean, did you see that we have another thread related to Consent in Gaming? Prepare yourself for a lot of disappointment.

See, I was going to make the joke "I've never been more disappointed in this board, and we once had a thread entirely devoted to a guy arguing that there's nothing wrong with him making Orcs his standin for the Mongols in his historical fantasy campaign", but didn't want to drag it down.

I expect a certain degree of social obtuseness from this place; but being flat out boring is another thing entirely.

That's hardly even close to the worst Survivor Outrages.

I mean, we are talking about a system that regularly (AND GLEEFULLY!) votes off Forgotten Realms FIRST every time we do campaign settings.

Or voted dragons off a the list of iconic monsters. Anyway, I agree with you completely. It only reinforces my point, which is to never take an Internet poll seriously.

Post 341 from @jgsugden puts the standings at Mace 6, Hole 5.

But the next voting post - post 344 from @dnd4vr - makes its changes as if the standings were still Mace 5, Hole 7; and things proceed from there.
