SX:2 The Antiques Roadshow (Keia judging)-Completed

After a brief moment of disorientation, Paladin springs forward quickly putting his Master Plan into action. [sblock=Master Plan results]Intelligence check for Master Plan feat (1d20+1=2) =No effect from Master Plan[/sblock] Unfortunately, his plan failed to anticipate the enemy getting so close in disguise. So, he would do this the old, old fasioned way!

"My code of Honor prevents me from attacking you first, but your mental barrage has provoked me and now I am free to SMITE THEE!!" Paladin yells as his shining blade leaps from it's scabbard (quick draw feat) and into his hands. Slicing through the air with a whistle, Excalibur comes to bear against Relic. [sblock=Attack Roll]Attack roll with Sword Strike (1d20+10=17)[/sblock]
[sblock=OOC]If there is only one exit from the room, Paladin will attempt to move and block Relic's route to that exit if possible as long as he is still able to attack. If he can't move that much and attack, he will instead move himself between Relic and Seargent before attacking Relic.

If Relic is hit by the attack, he must make a DC25 Toughness save against the damage. Also, if hit the Corrosion power kicks in and requires a DC15 Fort save or take a -5 to his Toughness save (gaining back 1 lost point per round) before checking against 5 more damage.

HP=4/5[/sblock]

[sblock=Treasure room]Paladin hits the masked mage, causing him to stagger backward.He is able to block the wizard's path to the door.
OOC:SGT has used 1 hP so far.[/sblock]

Avatar recognizes one of Relic's "revenants" staggering towards Psyren and himself. There are still many innocent well-clothed innocents between them and the zombie.[/sblock]

[SBLOCK=Treasure Room]"Paladin, focus you mind on the mission, and don't hurry you hit, wait for an opnening" tells Sergeant, as he draw his gun.

OOC: Draw pistols and spend an HP to inspire Paladin... come on Paladin, you get +5 to all your attack roll, saving throw and check... time to Power Attack and spend an HP on teh attack roll if it is too low...[/SBLOCK]

Sorry folks, i did get the names screwed up. That said the situation should be as follows:
[sblock=pool area]Avatar and Psyren can see the revenant, but there are still a number of innocents in the way. Avatar is free from any influence (I did screw up the names), and recognizes the revenant from his earlier battle. Psyren figures this is one of the zombies that Avatar and Sergeant ran into at Lord Brixton's. Let's hear your actions[/sblock]

[sblock=treasure room] Sergeant is still technically mindcontrolled, but will be able to use this action this round. I'll post the next set of actions when I hear from Paladin.[/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]It's just it wasn't clear what i could do. The guy just told me to stay there... I didn't knew if it was some kind of paralysis, something similar to Command spell in D&D or if I was fully dominated... It look lie more the command spell, so fine, I stay there, but I continue to act as I wish as long as I obey... but if I am wrong, tell it.[/SBLOCK]

[SBLOCK=OOC]The way I'm reading it is that mind control is sustained until you beat the will save.I totally see what you mean by not disobeying the command. If it is an alternate power and he uses another one next round it might be a little irrelevant. SGT will use that action if it is possible.[/SBLOCK]

Avatar drew his pistol, but carefully pointed it away from the crowd. Unfortunately, that meant he had to also point it away from the zombie. "Can you work some crowd control here?", he asked his pretty partner. "I don't have a shot with all these people in the way!", he confessed.[sblock=OoC: ]Let's say he's readying an attack to shoot the zombie whenever he has a clear shot with little danger of striking a bystander. That would be a Power Attack at +4/-4, like he did back at Lord Brixton's estate.[/sblock][/sblock]
