T1: A Visit to Spelding Square [Completed]

OOG: I'm not entirely sure how the rules work here, but I'm assuming that if someone (re-)enters a stinking cloud, they must make an immediate Fort save (else, someone could move completely through one on their turn with no chance of ill-effects), though if the caster's turn follows theirs in initiative order, they do not need to make a second save in that round. If they fail, they become nauseated, or if already nauseated their nausea time resets. If they pass while nauseated, they retain any rounds of recovery time already accrued. Pendrake passed and Quozen (will have) passed.

Midias prepares to provide healing. Unseen by the others, Quozen retraces his path back into the cloud.

And then all at once the mist spirals in on itself, condensing into great droplets that fall from the air and splash on the stones and vanish. The air is once again clear.

There is no sign of the creature, or creatures. Quozen and Pendrake, looking slightly worse for wear, are standing on either side of Ngikhnit, who lies still on the cobblestones with his great flail across his chest, breathing raggedly.[sblock=Quozen]Slithering, scraping, somewhere to the north.[/sblock][sblock=Maps][sblock=Midias, Peladus]

[/sblock][/sblock][sblock=OOG]Round 8. Ngikhnit's rage ends, so he loses 2 more HP, and is dying in his last round of rage. Pendrake is in his 2nd round of nausea. Quozen is no longer nauseated. Peladus is no longer nauseated.

Midias moves to the fallen hero and channels his god's power with a quick prayer to Hyrag. Glowing light closes the barbarian's wounds.

[sblock=OOC]

Standard: convert Shield of Faith to Cure Light Wounds (1d8+3=6).

Pendrake...
Peladus...

Midias joins the crowd around Ngikhnit and brings him back to awareness of bruised scorched flesh, though their severity is reduced. At least the scrapes from being tumbled over the dockside are gone.

Ngikhnit...

OOG: Ngikhnit goes from 0 HP with 1 nonlethal to 6 HP. This will drop to 4 HP when his rage ends just before the start of his next turn.

Seeing Midias on his way, Pendrake backs off to... settle his stomach. His sunrod illuminates a wide swathe of the Square.

Peladus...
Ngikhnit...
Quozen...[sblock=Peladus, Pendrake]To the north, there is a broad dray cart.

OOG: I think that's the first time you've seen this.[/sblock][sblock=Maps][sblock=Midias]

Ngikhnit looks up as he regains consciousness. One moment he had been fighting a barely visible and even less comprehensible monster, then suddenly he finds himself lying on the ground beside the cleric.

"What happened? The foul creatures are vanquished?"

Pendrake hands the sunrod to Quozen and then procedes to utter words of power:

Blargh! bleeeellllch! hanarughngh hack cough gag cough.
