Tactical Assault plus Cleave

Does the damage bonus from the Tactical Assault apply to the "and an enemy adjacent to the target takes STR damage" or only to the intial attack ?

And what about Passsing Attack ?

AFAIK....

For Cleave, just to the initial target, not the adjacent. The key is the damage rolls part.

With Passing Attack, you roll two attacks (if the first hits), so they both qualify.
