*Coming in from the back of the inn, Lasair takes off her cloak again, and comes to sit with Elise.*

"The Clan Wardens in the large house with big bars told me that they do not care what I do with the golden coins, so I guess that's good, right Elise?"

"Oh, who are all the new folks that appeared while I was gone? Hello everybody! My name is Lasair, and I'm very happy to meet you all!"

Troi leans back for a moment, closing his eyes. "Please, call me Troi. All this... courtesy is kinda creepy, y'know? Back where I come from, there was only one guy who called me Mr. Delmontes, and, well... let's jus' say that I tend ta 'ssociate that sorta thing with people workin' on th' shady side of the law, y'know what I mean?"

Well surely you wouldn't let one scoundrel deter your manners?... Could I ask what he did that was so bad...Troi?

"Ya kin call me Cade, Elise. Good to meet ya Lasair. What's this buisness 'bout clan wardens and gold ya speakin' about?"

"Someone who knew me? Could it be......" Lasair whispers quietly, then she speaks up loudly to Cade, "Why hello there Cade! The clan wardens--is that not what your people call those warriors who have sworn to the spear to protect the innocents from those who would harm them? You know, the ones who live in the big house with bars on it along with the evil ones they are watching? The gold coins of which I speak were given to me by a reformed bandit."

"Oh, excuse me, and hello to all! Jenner, Alton, Troi, and Tandi!"

"Oh, who are all the new folks that appeared while I was gone? Hello everybody! My name is Lasair, and I'm very happy to meet you all!"

"Name's Troi Delmontes." Troi says with a nod of his head. "Nice ta meet ya."

Elise
Well surely you wouldn't let one scoundrel deter your manners?... Could I ask what he did that was so bad...Troi?

Troi shrugs. "Nah, he didn't deter mine, jus' makes me feel uncomf'table, is all. As fer what he did... well, he was dealin' wit' th' thieves guild more lucrative operations, y'know what I mean? Nothin' personal 'gainst the guy, we knew each other pretty well, jus' makes me a bit nervous. Never was too comf'table 'round 'im."

Tandi listens as Troi and Cade explain the subtleties of what to drink here. When Cade orders her the mutton and mead, she almost blushes before she thanks him. "Thank you Cade, I think I'll try some of this mead and mutton. " She then looks at Troi, who had asked where she was from. She could tell him the truth, but then, well. "I come from the south. The far south. I came here seeking a little more excitement than what I'm used to."

Tandi briefly lookes up and acknowledges when Elise comes in with her bird. "Hello, Elise. A pleasure to be sure." Tandi was secretly thanking Elise, she wasn't used to being around so many males by herself. Turning back to Troi, she asked, "Are you from around here?".

While waiting for a response, and not wanting to interrupt his conversation with Elise, she stands and quickly bows as Lasair comes in. "As Ms. Elise was kind enough to mention, I'm Tandi d'Lune. Nice to meet you." She then returned to her seat and her mutton and mead. Tentatively looking for a knife and fork, she realized there was none. Apparently there are some things different here. No worse than a Haboob, she thought. Eyeing Cade watching her eat, she smiled and took a bite. He was right, it was good.

"And it is a pleasure to meet you too Troi," Lasair replies, brushing a little bit of her beautiful red-gold hair from her eyes as she gets comfortable in her seat, "I apologise in advance if I am making another faux pas, but has anyone ever told you that your way of speaking is really fun to listen to?"

"Nice to meet you Tandi! I am called Lasair. I am pleased to make your acquaintance! Ripples in your Zivaash place you as a stranger in these foreign lands, much as I am. Perhaps we can help each other in dealing with this strange place and become good friends, like Elise and I."
