Teleport & Stealth

That seems rather silly. The farther you teleport the more noise you make when you arrive. Uh, what? Not saying your wrong, but that ruling seems silly to me.

Come on, don't try to judge 4e rules by realism. It's just about balancing. And afterwards you look for a explanation that covers realism:devil:

Teleporting is a form of movement.

Movement without a successful Steath check is non-silent.

Therefore Teleportation is a non-silent form of movement by default.

No text exists to suggest otherwise.

That said, if you can make your steath check, good luck to anyone trying to guess which square you're in.
