Teleport vs Grappled

Can another person teleport you away when you are grappled from the grapplers grasp? Thanks in advance.

I believe that you can teleport target creature who is grappled if you can touch the the traget creature and that creature is willing.

Yep, Teleport, Dimension Door, Teleport Withou.. Greater Teleport all require the target to be willing.

Plane Shift on the other hand....

There is a demon type that specificly CAN teleport you when it has you in its grasp. But most times you have to be willing.

An Example

A mindflayer is sucking Jozans brains out ( grappled, all tentacles attached) and Miyalee comes over touches Jozan (who is willing of course) and poof...the poor mindflayer is left with no brains for dinner!

That is how i interpreted the rules and hence the increasing annoyance with all these "travel" spells.
