It's tricky finding a dungeon that works as well backwards as forwards.

I think this is the best situation to use a home made dungeon.

If you're choosing where to send the PCs then it's not all that random, is it?

However, if I was to send them somewhere unexpected, I'd shoot them off to just inside the borders of some of Iuz's territory in Greyhawk. Did it once before...oh no, hang on, I sent them to a jail INSIDE one of the cities in Iuz's territory. They were quite high level PCs, around 14-16, and them having to make their way out, etc., was one of the best times they ever had
