The GenCon forums has a party Wednesday for members, they have door prizes, last year was good stuff like swag bags with forum icons on it. They call it a stink.

I'll have to check that out. I am a member on the GenCon boards, but don't post much there. I'll have to keep an eye out for it this year. A "Stink", huh? Guess it makes sense. A stink of gamers is a pretty eye watering thought, but not necessarily in a good way...

francisca and CL, you arriving on Wed?
Dunno. Not likely. While I live just up the road in West Lafayette (about 1h 15m), that is a really busy time of the year for me. I'll probably work late wednesday, pack that night, then have breakfast with the wife and kids before heading down thursday morning.

For one Cthulu's librarian was the only survivor of true dungeon because everyone else was sacrificed in the final room. Our party was brilliant up untill that part, monsters didn't stand a chance, heck I had three crits on those lizard men. I blew a zombie to dust with an awesome turn check. Our rogue was awesome, the only thing we had trouble with was the water block puzzle.

And for all of your travel plans, I plan on hosting lake con again. Where we will go to my lake house, boat, tube, ski, grill out, play bacchi ball, drink, eat steak shrimp lobster and chicken. But most of all GAME. We have plenty of room the more the merrier.

I will put up an official sign up thread in a month or so.

Last year I had a lot of sign up but only three people showed and that was late. Funny story actually. Campbell, Ghetto Gnome, and D20 Dwarf were the only ones but it was still relaxing and a blast.
