Embassy is, but you have to go through the mall. It's about twice as many steps to go through the skywalk as it is to go out on the street, but of course if it's raining that hardly matters.

But not, from Embassy Suites, you can walk through the Hyatt via skywalk/hallway and reach the con now, according to the map.

Be sure to check out the auction at least once. Last year it was a real pain in the ass to find, but once you got there it was worth it. It's quite a bit of fun, and, even if you don't buy anything, it's neat to see some of the expensive stuff.
